摘要
随着国产包铝合金在航空领域的广泛使用,验证包铝合金质量的好坏尤为重要,而包铝合金包覆层的不均匀性导致电导率和硬度检测不合格的问题逐渐突出。为了识别包铝合金的包铝层覆盖程度,制备了带有包铝层、厚度为0.8~3.5.mm的2A12铝合金试件,采用电导率法和硬度法测量试件的导电性能和抗压性能。讨论了不同厚度2A12包铝合金与裸铝合金的电导率和硬度之间的关系,探索了包铝层厚度对铝合金电导率和硬度的影响。结果表明,包铝层厚度随包铝合金厚度的增加呈先增加后减少再增加的趋势,且对其导电性能和抗压性能具有显著影响;1.5.mm以上2A12包铝合金的电导率和硬度呈负相关变化;电导率和硬度的变化可评价包铝层的覆盖程度。
With the extensive use of domestic coated aluminum alloy in aviation field,it is particularly important to verify the quality of coated aluminum alloy,and the problem of unqualified electrical conductivity and hardness detection caused by the non-uniformity of coated aluminum alloy has been gradually prominent.In order to identify the extent of aluminum cladding,2A12 aluminum alloy specimens with thickness of 0.8mm to 3.5mm were prepared,and the electrical conductivity and compressive properties of the specimens were measured by conductivity method and hardness method.The relationship between the conductivity and hardness of 2A12 clad aluminum alloy and bare aluminum alloy with different thickness is discussed,and the influence of the thickness of aluminum cladding on the conductivity and hardness of aluminum alloy is explored.The results show that the thickness of aluminum-clad layer increases first,then decreases and then increases with the increase of the thickness of aluminum-clad alloy,and it has a significant effect on the conductivity and compressive properties.There is a negative correlation between the electrical conductivity and hardness of 2A12 aluminum alloy above 1.5mm.The change of electrical conductivity and hardness can evaluate the coverage degree of aluminum coating.
