职业教育服务精准扶贫与乡村振兴战略有效衔接策略的探索

Strategic Exploration of Effective Connection Between Vocational Education Services to Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Rural Rejuvenation Strategy

党的十九大以习近平同志为核心的党中央前瞻性地提出了乡村振兴战略发展规划,为巩固脱贫攻坚成果指明了方向,也为精准扶贫与乡村振兴战略的有效衔接提供了政策支持和实施保障。精准培养与乡村振兴需求相匹配的专业人才,持续推进现代涉农职业教育发展是振兴乡村的关键,是实现乡村发展与职业教育发展“双赢”的重大机遇,有利于进一步激发职业教育的使命感和提升职业教育的社会认同度。通过对精准扶贫与乡村振兴战略之间衔接逻辑关系和有效路径的研究,提出了职业教育服务精准扶贫和乡村振兴战略有机衔接的实施策略。

At the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core forward-lookingly proposed a strategic development plan for rural revitalization,which pointed out the direction for consolidating the results of poverty alleviation,and also provided policy support and implementation guarantee for the co-operation between targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy.Accurately cultivating professional talents that match the needs of rural revitalization and continuing to promote the development of modern agriculture-related vocational education are crucial,and also are a great opportunity to achieve a“win-win”situation between rural development and vocational education development,which is conducive to further stimulating the sense of mission and enhancing the social identity of vocational education.This paper studies the logical relationship and effective paths between targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategies,and proposes an implementation strategy for the co-operation between targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategies through vocational education services.
