略论企业视角下高技能人才职业能力培养路径

On the Path of Cultivating Vocational Skills for High Skilled Talents from the Perspective of Enterprises

从高技能人才职业能力培养研究的意义出发,通过界定职业能力、企业视角和高技能人才的概念,结合企业视角下高技能人才职业能力培养存在的问题,从提升高等职业院校人才培养质量、强化企业培养主体责任、强化政府宏观调控等方面提出企业视角下的高技能人才职业能力培养路径。

Starting from the significance of research on the cultivation of vocational ability for high skilled talents,this paper defines the concepts of vocational ability,enterprise perspective,and high skilled talents,and combines the problems existing in the cultivation of vocational ability for high skilled talents from the enterprise perspective.From the aspects of improving the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,strengthening the main responsibility of enterprise cultivation,and strengthening government macroeconomic regulation,this paper proposes a path for the cultivation of vocational ability for high skilled talents from the enterprise perspective.
