摘要
介绍一种用于远程监测驼峰尾部停车器状态的系统,该系统是为提高现有停车器数字化装备水平,提升检修效率、降低检修工作强度而研制。除对日常设备参数信息进行采集、分析、预警,还创新性的采用停车器“型廓”检测法,能够更全面准确反映出停车器的质量状态。并巧妙运用制动轨弹性特征提取“车辆入口速度”“存车表示”等关键信息,为驼峰调速系统尾部信息反馈,进一步提升编组站编解作业综合效率提供有效手段。
This paper introduces a system for remotely monitoring the status of hump tail stopping devices,which is developed to implement digital upgrades to the existing stopping devices,improve maintenance efficiency and reduce maintenance intensity.In addition to collecting,analyzing and warning about the daily equipment parameter information,it also innovatively adopts the"profi le"detection method,which can more fully and accurately reflect the quality state of the stopping devices.In addition,the elastic features of the brake rail have been cleverly utilized to extract the key information,such as the vehicle entrance speed and vehicle storage representation,which provides an eff ective means for the tail information feedback of the hump speed regulation system and further improves the comprehensive effi ciency of make-up and break-up operations in marshalling stations.
