基于大数据及人工智能技术的电力行业技能等级评价方法

摘要 电力行业现有技能类工种等级评价中,每个工种考核标准、方式存在不同,导致电力行业技能等级评价的效果欠佳。基于此,提出基于大数据及人工智能技术的电力行业技能等级评价方法。通过人工智能技术确定底层评价标准点,计算技能等级阈值区间,构建等级评价体系;基于评价体系和评价指标权重,构建综合评价函数,再结合阈值区间完成对电力行业技能等级的评价。通过机器不断学习,从底层试题库中根据不同的专业工种自动匹配到考评点,提高专业化等级考评工具的应用。实验结果表明:设计技能等级评价方法评价指标效度高,性能较高。 In the current evaluation of skill type of work in power industry,there are different assessment standards and methods for each type of work,which leads to poor effect of skill level evaluation in power industry.Based on this,this paper proposes a skill level evaluation method of power industry based on big data and artificial intelligence technology.Through the artificial intelligence technology to determine the bottom evaluation standard point,calculate the skill level threshold interval,and construct the level evaluation system.Based on the evaluation system and evaluation index weight,the comprehensive evaluation function is constructed,and then the skill level of power industry is evaluated by combining with the threshold interval.Through continuous machine learning,automatically from the bottom of the test database according to different professional work automatically match to the test evaluation point,improve the application of professional grade evaluation tool.The experimental results show that the design skill level evaluation method has high validity and high performance.
