产学研互惠性协同与知识转化的创新效应研究

Research on the Innovation Effect of Industry-University Reciprocity Synergy and Knowledge Transformation

产学研知识转化是提高产学研创新绩效的重要渠道,而互惠性协同是促进产学研知识转化的关键路径。基于结构方程模型,实证性检验揭示了产学研互惠性协同对知识转化的微观驱动机理,发现互惠性协同的不足,为互惠性协同的深化指明方向。研究表明,在产学研知识转化中,互惠性协同明显促进了知识组合化、外显化和内隐化,但对知识社会化缺乏促进功能。应通过加强组织间、团队间和成员间互惠性协同来促进知识社会化,进而提高产学研创新绩效。

The knowledge transformation of industry-university is an important channel to improve its innovation performance,and reciprocal coordination is the key path to promote the knowledge transformation of industry-university.Based on the structural equation model,the empirical test reveals the microscopic driving mechanism of industry-university reciprocity synergy on knowledge transformation,finds the deficiency of mutualistic synergy,and points out the direction for the deepening of mutualistic synergy.Research shows that in the knowledge transformation of industry-university mutualistic synergy obviously promotes the knowledge combination,explicit and concealment,but lacks the promotion function of the knowledge socialization.Therefore,it is necessary to promote knowledge socialization by strengthening the reciprocal collaboration between organizations,teams and members,so as to improve the performance of industry-university innovation.
