五音疗法联合五禽戏锻炼在颈椎病护理中的应用

Application of five-tone music therapy combined Wu Qin Xi exercise in nursing of patients with cervical spondylosis

目的探讨中医五音疗法联合五禽戏锻炼在颈椎病患者中的应用效果。方法82例颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各41例。两组均接受常规治疗和中医护理,观察组基于中医辨证分型实施五音疗法联合五禽戏锻炼,并加强人文关怀。评价两组干预效果,采用颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)评估患者颈性眩晕症状与功能改善情况,复诊时采用科室自行设计问卷调查患者满意度。结果观察组总有效率95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的80.05%(33/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组ESCV量表总分均较干预前改善,且观察组ESCV量表总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于中医辨证分型实施五音疗法联合五禽戏锻炼,可有效缓解颈椎疼痛,促进颈椎功能康复,同时配合人文关怀护理,对提高患者生活质量具有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)five-tone music therapy and Wu Qin Xi exercise in nursing of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods Totally 82 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.All patients received routine treatment and TCM nursing,and those in the observation group were given five-tone music therapy based on TCM syndrome differentiation combined with Wu Qin Xi exercise and humanistic nursing interventions.The inter⁃vention effect,score of Evaluation Scale for Cervical Vertigo(ESCV)and patient satisfaction with nursing service were measured and compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of intervention was 95.12%(39/41)in the observation group,which was higher than 80.05%(33/41)in the control group(P<0.05).The ESCV score was significantly increased in both two groups after intervention,and ESCV score was higher in the observation than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control gorup(P<0.05).Conclusion The five-tone music therapy combined Wu Qin Xi exercise is effective to relieve the neck pain and improve the rehabilitation of cervical spine function in patients with cervical spondylosis.The humanistic nursing interventions may help to improve the patients’quality of life.
