自然资源综合执法监察系统的研究与设计

RESEARCH AND DESIGN OF COMPREHENSIVE SUPERVISION SYSTEM FOR NATURAL RESOURCES

针对自然资源机构改革带来的执法监察的变化,分析研究自然资源执法监察信息化的新需求和需要整合的要点。通过对需求和要点的分析梳理,结合信息化技术手段对系统进行架构设计和技术设计,并以自然资源和规划信息化的数据现状为基础,实现了自然资源的综合执法监察系统。

In view of the changes in law enforcement and supervision brought about by the reform of natural resources institutions,this paper analyzed and studied the new needs of natural resources law enforcement and supervision informatization and the key points that needed to be integrated.Through the analysis of needs and key points,combined with the information technology,the system was designed and technically designed.Based on natural resources and planning information and data status,the research and development of a comprehensive law enforcement and supervision system for natural resources was realized.
