Challenge and Response of Archive Management Informatization in the Intelligent Era

随着智能化时代的到来,档案管理面临着许多挑战,如数字化转型、数据安全保障、大数据应用、数据标准化和互联互通、数据治理和合规性等。文中在阐述了智能化时代下的档案管理信息化原则的基础上,分析了智能化时代的档案管理面临的挑战,并从数字化转型、数据安全保障、数据共享与协同、智能化分析与挖掘等角度出发,提出了相应的应对策略,提高了档案管理信息化的质量。

With the advent of the intelligent era,archives management faces many challenges,such as digital transforma-tion,data security assurance,big data application,data standardization and interconnection,data governance and comp-liance,etc.On the basis of expounding the principles of archives management informatization in the intelligent era,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by archives management in the intelligent era,and from the perspectives of digital transformation,data security assurance,data sharing and collaboration,intelligent analysis and mining,puts forward cor-responding countermeasures to improve the quality of archives management informatization.
