校企融合视域下的高校大数据专业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Talent Training Model of Big Data Majors in Universities from the Perspective of School Enterprise Integration

从大数据专业课程系统化教学知识体系建设、复合型人才培养的角度出发,由高校、社会企业联合建构“校企融合”立体化实践教育模式,依托企业大数据产业服务链组建融合教学团队、创设产教融合教育情境。由复合型教师队伍组织设计弹性化教学知识、网上网下实践教学模式,展开课堂专业理论知识、实验实训及竞赛案例、校企合作项目实践的全面综合性教学,指导学生完成对教材知识体系、课外实践项目的认知与实践,做好产学融合实践教育成果的监督和评价,有效提升大数据专业人才的培养效率与质量。
