塑料颗粒智能干燥控制系统设计

摘要 为解决传统干燥设备干燥效率低、抗干扰能力差、自动化程度低等问题,文中设计了一种以STM32微控制器为核心的塑料颗粒智能干燥控制系统,其扩展了外围接口电路,实现了各传感器通信设备的高效集成。通过引入实时操作系统FreeRTOS来管理任务,可高效完成数据采集、继电器驱动、人机交互、报警监测等任务。系统通过RS485总线实现主控制板与工控屏之间的通信,结合数码管显示和按键控制,为操作员提供了友好的人机交互界面。通过实验验证,该基于STM32的塑料颗粒智能干燥控制系统能较好地满足塑料颗粒预处理要求,具有可观的市场价值及应用前景。 Research and Application of Hybrid Teaching Mode Based on Data Analytics In order to solve the problems of low drying efficiency,poor anti-interference ability and low degree of automation of traditional drying equipment,an intel-ligent drying control system for plastic particles with STM32 microcontroller as the core is designed in this paper,which expands the peripheral interface circuit and realizes the efficient integration of each sensor communication device.By intro-ducing the real-time operating system FreeRTOS to manage tasks,data collection,relay drive,human-machine interac-tion,alarm monitoring and other tasks can be efficiently completed.The system realizes the communication between the main control board and the industrial control screen through the RS485 bus,and combines the digital tube display and but-ton control to provide a friendly human-machine interaction interface for the operator.Through experimental verification,the intelligent drying control system for plastic particles based on STM32 can better meet the requirements of plastic par-ticle pretreatment,and has considerable market value and application prospects.
