摘要
柔性传感器是一种新型的电子器件,具有体积小、可弯曲、可伸缩等优点,性能极佳,具有重要的研究价值。近年来,世界各国都在加紧研究高性能的柔性传感器,一定程度上扩大了柔性传感器的应用范围,如医疗健康、智能家居、机器人等领域。文中对基于喷墨打印的柔性传感器制备工艺展开了研究,具体分析了柔性传感器的设计方法、性能、优势以及具体应用领域。在大数据时代背景下,随着各种前沿科技的不断发展,传感器的生产规模和经济规模将持续扩大,并将会有更广阔的发展空间,催生新的市场。
Flexible sensor is a new type of electronic device,which has the advantages of small size,bendability and tele-scopic,and excellent performance,which has important research value.In recent years,countries around the world are stepping up research on high-performance flexible sensors,which has expanded the application range of flexible sensors to a certain extent,such as medical health,smart home,robotics and other fields.In this paper,the preparation process of flexible sensors based on inkjet printing is studied,and the design method,performance,advantages and specific application fields of flexible sensors are speifically analyzed.In the context of the big data era,with the continuous development of various cutting edge technologies,the future production scale and economic scale of sensors will continue to expand,and there will be broader development space,giving birth to new markets.
