沪杭铁路通道空间布局方法研究

摘要 随着我国区域路网特别是高速铁路路网的快速发展,长三角城市群、粤港澳大湾区等区域内重要城市间高速铁路通道内存在多通路格局。为探究研究年度沪杭铁路通道形成的多通路格局,采用多维度综合分析,从沪杭铁路通道现状及存在问题入手,结合区域路网规划、国土空间格局及区域发展战略,与沪宁、广深等类似通道规划布局进行对比分析,充分考虑通道运输需求及能力适应性,提出沪杭铁路通道空间布局设想。初步构想沪杭铁路通道空间布局分为北(沪湖)发展廊道布局沪苏湖—湖杭铁路,中(沪杭)发展廊道布局沪杭高速铁路、沪昆铁路及沪杭城际铁路,南(沿湾)发展廊道布局沪乍杭铁路及沪乍杭货线,并对沪杭铁路通道内各线相互关系、合理分工及建设时机提出初步设想。 As China’s railway network,especially the high speed railway network,is rapidly developing,there is a multi-channel pattern in the high speed railway channels among important cities in regions such as the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.To explore the annual multi-path pattern of the Shanghai-Hangzhou railway channel,this paper adopted a multi-dimensional comprehensive analysis.Meanwhile,starting with the current situation and existing problems of the Shanghai-Hangzhou railway channel,it combined the regional railway network planning,national spatial structure,and regional development strategies.Additionally,similar channel layouts such as the Shanghai-Nanjing and Guangzhou-Shenzhen channels were compared,the channel transport demands and capacity adaptability were fully considered,and a spatial layout method for the Shanghai-Hangzhou railway channel was proposed.The spatial layout of the Shanghai-Hangzhou railway channel was divided into three parts.The parts include the north(Shanghai-Huzhou)development corridor layout of the Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou railway and Huzhou-Hangzhou railway,the central(Shanghai-Hangzhou)development corridor layout of Shanghai-Hangzhou high speed railway,Shanghai-Kunming railway,and Shanghai-Hangzhou intercity,and South(along the bay)development corridor layout of Shanghai-Zhapu-Hangzhou railway and Shanghai-Zhapu-Hangzhou cargo line.In addition,this paper put forward some tentative ideas about the interrelationship,reasonable division of labor,and construction opportunity of each line in the Shanghai-Hangzhou railway channel.
