摘要
近年来,环境保护与碳排放问题一直是世界关注的焦点,如何降低碳排放量,提高碳排放效率是世界各国需要克服的科学技术难关。建筑业作为碳排放占比较大的行业之一,是实现“双碳”目标的重要突破口,而技术进步已成为建筑业碳减排的重要途径。本研究基于2010—2020年中国建筑业发展情况,运用C-D函数分析技术进步对能源利用效率的影响机理。研究发现建筑业固定资产净值投入、建筑材料消耗对能源利用效率的增长影响最为显著,而自2015年起,建筑业技术进步逐渐对能源利用效率起正向作用。本研究以宏观视角分析技术进步对能源利用效率的影响,丰富了建筑业碳排放研究的理论方法,为我国建筑业减碳工作提出针对性的建议。
In recent years,environmental protection and carbon emissions have been a hot issue in the world,and it is not easy to reduce carbon emissions and improve carbon emission efficiency.As one of the industries with a large proportion of carbon emissions,the construction industry is an important breakthrough in achieving the“dual carbon”goal,and technological progress has become an important way for the construction industry to reduce carbon emissions.Based on the development of China s construction industry from 2010 to 2020,this paper uses the C-D function to analyze the impacts of technological progress on energy utilization efficiency.The findings are that the net fixed asset investment and construction material consumption in the construction industry have the most significant impact on the growth of energy utilization efficiency,while technological progress in the construction industry has gradually played a positive role in energy utilization efficiency since 2015.This study analyzes the impacts of technological progress on energy utilization efficiency from a macro perspective,enriches the theoretical methods of carbon emissions research in the construction industry,and proposes targeted recommendations for carbon reduction in China s construction industry.
