闸站工程深基坑钢板桩支护施工技术研究

摘要 为提高闸站工程深基坑稳定性、增强支护桩的轴向力,开展钢板桩支护施工技术研究。在插打施工前,完成对承台深基坑的开挖和钢板桩的处理;打入钢板桩,开展钢板桩合龙施工;合龙完毕后加固处理,并待结束混凝土养护后,将钢板桩拆除。将新的施工技术应用到对闸站工程深基坑的支护施工当中,验证钢板桩作为支护结构具有更大的轴向力,新施工技术的应用可以有效提高深基坑稳定性。 In order to improve the stability of deep foundation pits in gate station engineering and enhance the axial force of support piles,research on steel sheet pile support construction technology is carried out.Complete the excavation of the deep foundation pit of the bearing platform and the treatment of steel sheet piles before the insertion construction;Drive steel sheet piles and carry out steel sheet pile closure construction;After the closure is completed,reinforcement treatment is carried out,and after the concrete curing is completed,the steel sheet pile is removed.Applying new construction techniques to the support construction of deep foundation pits in gate station engineering,it is verified that steel sheet piles have greater axial force as support structures.The application of new construction techniques can effectively improve the stability of deep foundation pits.
