通过介绍单钢板混凝土组合板桥(HSC板桥),结合桥梁检测报告及实际调查情况,进行特种机械安全管理分析,研究表明,施工项目部应根据不同施工阶段、周围环境以及季节、气候的变化,对HSC板桥特种机械采取相应的安全防护措施,在机械活动范围内设置明显的安全警示标志,对集中作业区做好安全防护。特种设备租赁合同应对设备的日常检查、维护、保养进行约定。施工项目部应当委托具有相应资质的维保单位对使用中的特种设备进行日常维护和定期检查,并签订特种设备使用维修合同。对在用的特种机械及其安全保护装置、吊具、索具等进行定期维护和保养并做好记录,定期维护保养周期每月不得少于1次。
