摘要
劳动素养是培育青少年“五育”素养的基本素养之一,是评价学生综合素质和人才培养质量的重要标准。文章厘清劳动素养研究的现状及趋势,探析大学生劳动素养培育及评价的理论基础,构建核心素养视域下的大学生劳动素养培育体系及其评价机制,探索大学生劳动素养培育策略,旨在激发大学生劳动素养培育及高等教育改革创新新动能。
Labor literacy,one of the basic literacy of a college student's comprehensive development of“Five Literacy”,is an essential standard for evaluating the students comprehensive quality and talent cultivation.The present study clarifies the current situations and trends of research on labor literacy,then analyzes the theoretical basis for the cultivation and evaluation system of labor literacy among college students.Finally,the author builds a framework for college students labor literacy cultivation from the perspective of key competencies and explores the strategy of cultivating labor literacy,which aims to stimulate new driving forces for the cultivation of college students labor literacy,as well as the reform and innovation of higher education.
