Research on SWOT Analysis of the Development Trends of Railway Logistics in Yancheng City

“十四五”期间,为服务好盐城市经济社会的总体发展,合理研判铁路物流发展趋势变得十分必要。运用SWOT法分析盐城市铁路物流发展中存在的优势与劣势及其所面临的机遇和挑战,系统梳理盐城市经济社会、综合交通、产业结构、物流布局等的发展及规划对铁路物流发展的影响,把握盐城地区的铁路物流需求。通过分析研判得知,盐城市未来的铁路物流将遵循联通化、协同化、国际化、信息化、现代化的趋势发展,为盐城市铁路物流实现绿色低碳发展提供了理论支撑和决策参考。

During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,it is necessary to reasonably analyze the development trend of railway logistics,in order to serve the overall economic and social development of Yancheng City well.The paper uses the SWOT method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of railway logistics development in Yancheng City,as well as the opportunities and challenges it faces.It systematically sorts out the impact of economic and social development,comprehensive transportation,industrial structure,logistics layout,and other development and planning on railway logistics development in Yancheng City,and grasps the railway logistics demand in the Yancheng area.Through analysis and judgment,it is found that the future railway logistics in Yancheng City will follow the trend of connectivity,collaboration,internationalization,informatization,and modernization.This provides theoretical support and decision-making reference for the green and low-carbon development of railway logistics in Yancheng City.
