连云港港口经济发展阶段及发展对策研究

Research on the Economic Development Stage and Countermeasures of Lianyungang Port

港口经济是区域经济发展的增长极,在国家高质量发展统筹布局中至关重要。连云港港口经济整体保持向前发展的态势,但仍存在增速慢、港城关系不协调等问题。文章在研究连云港港口经济发展阶段的基础上,运用SWOT定性分析法,构建VAR模型,探究港口经济和区域经济水平、内外贸环境的互动效应。结果表明,港口经济的发展与所在地域的经济发展密不可分,且行政级别越高的区域的经济发展水平影响越大;内贸环境对港口经济的影响较弱,外贸环境的改善效应也将较快显现,最后总结提出发展连云港港口经济的对策及建议。

The port economy is the growth pole of regional economic development and is crucial in the overall layout of high-quality national development.The overall economic development of Lianyungang Port has maintained a forward trend,but there are still problems such as slow growth rate and uncoordinated port city relations.On the basis of studying the economic development stage of Lianyungang Port,this paper uses SWOT qualitative analysis method to construct a VAR model and explore the interactive effects of port economy,regional economic level,and domestic and foreign trade environment.The results indicate that the development of port economy is closely related to the economic development of the region,and the economic development level of higher administrative level regions has a greater impact,that the impact of the domestic trade environment is relatively weak,and the improvement effect of the foreign trade environment will soon become apparent.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for developing the Lianyungang port economy are summarized and proposed.
