面向物流仓储的基于边缘计算的高价值工业制品外包装表面破损识别研究

摘要 高价值工业制品具有重要的经济和战略价值,其物流仓储过程中的破损和损失不仅会带来高昂的直接和间接成本,还会对生产和供应链产生严重的影响。其中,及时发现和处理高价值工业制品外包装表面的破损可以避免货物继续损坏。边缘计算可以通过利用物联网、图像处理、人工智能等先进技术,对货物外包装表面破损情况进行实时监测和预警,从而大幅提高物流仓储的安全性和效率。文章面向物流仓储,基于边缘计算对高价值工业制品外包装表面破损识别展开研究,以期为构建现代化物流和仓储体系、提高高价值工业制品的物流运输质量提供一定参考。 High-value industrial products have important economic and strategic value.The damage and loss during its logistics and warehousing process not only brings high direct and indirect costs,but also has a serious impact on production and supply chains.Among them,timely detection and handling of damage to the outer packaging surface of high-value industrial products can prevent further damage to the goods.Edge computing can use advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things,image processing,and artificial intelligence to conduct real-time monitoring and early warning on the surface damage of the external packaging of goods,thus greatly improving the safety and efficiency of logistics warehousing.This paper is oriented to logistics warehousing.Based on edge computing,the research on the identification of the surface damage of the outer packaging of high-value industrial products is carried out in order to provide some reference for building a modern logistics and warehousing system and improving the logistics transportation quality of high-value industrial products.
