工业物流现场工程师培养路径的研究

摘要 中国的制造业飞速发展,智能设备日益普及。物流作为服务行业,也需紧跟时代的步伐,所以自动化技术在物流行业中的普遍使用及自动化物流设备的普及,必定会造成物流工作岗位需求的变化,进而引起岗位员工胜任能力的变化。最主要的是,对物流管理岗位员工工作能力的要求也将从具有管理能力转变为既会管理又会技术,还懂操作、懂工艺的技术型人才。高职院校现有的物流管理人才培养方案已不能满足新型人才的培养需求。文章将经管物流专业管理型人才的培养模式与融合理工科特点、集管理与技术于一体的专业人才的培养模式深度结合,重在研究工业物流现场工程师的培养模式及路径。 China's manufacturing industry is developing rapidly,and intelligent devices are becoming increasingly popular.As a service industry,the logistics industry also needs to keep up with the pace of the times.So the widespread use of automation technology in the logistics industry and the popularization of automated logistics equipment will inevitably bring about changes in the demand for logistics job positions,which in turn will lead to changes in the competency of employees.Most importantly,the work abilities of employees in logistics management positions will also shift from management skills to technical talents who are proficient in both management and technology,as well as those who understand operations and processes.The current training plan for logistics management talents in vocational colleges can no longer meet the needs of cultivating new talents.This paper deeply combines the training mode of management oriented talents in the field of management and logistics with the training mode of integrating the characteristics of science and engineering,and integrating management and technology,with a focus on studying the training mode and path of industrial logistics on-site engineers.
