隐性教育方式下物流课程思政建设与实践研究

摘要 在全球化进程不断加深和供应链网络不断扩张的当下,物流行业对具备专业技能且了解社会责任与伦理规范的人才的需求日益增长。这种趋势要求物流教育不仅要传授技术和管理知识,还应整合思政教育,以培育全面发展的物流人才。然而,现有的物流教育模式在融合思政教育方面存在不足,二者处于割裂状态,学生难以在专业学习中领会思政教育的重要性。文章分析了在物流专业教育中实施思政教育的现状和挑战,并探讨通过课程设计、实践项目、教学方法创新,以及校企合作等方式,旨在为高等教育中物流专业的思政建设提供战略建议,以促进物流人才的全方位成长。 In the current era of globalization and the continuous expansion of supply chain networks,the demand for talents with professional skills and understanding of social responsibility and ethical norms in the logistics industry is increasing.This trend requires logistics education not only to impart technical and management knowledge,but also to integrate ideological and political education to cultivate comprehensively developed logistics talents.However,the existing logistics education model has shortcomings in integrating ideological and political education,which are in a state of separation,making it difficult for students to understand the importance of ideological and political education in their professional studies.This paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of implementing ideological and political education in logistics professional education,and explores methods such as curriculum design,practical projects,innovative teaching methods,and school enterprise cooperation.The purpose is to provide strategic suggestions for the ideological and political construction of logistics majors in higher education,in order to promote the all-round growth of logistics talents.
