During the Central Soviet Area period,the CPC and the Soviet government actively promoted the popularization of Marxism according to the changing revolutionary situation and achieved remarkable results.Popularizing Marxism in the Central Soviet Area includes attaching importance to theoretical construction,promoting the compilation and distribution of the classics of Marxism-Leninism,developing education undertakings;promoting the study and popularization of Marxist theories;strengthening the effect of the dissemination of Marxist theories and conducting the popularization and propaganda of Marxist theories.Its historical results were to promote the widespread acceptance of Marxism and raise the ideological level of the people;to stimulate the revolutionary enthusiasm of the people and provide strong support for the counter-campaign against“encirclement and oppression”,and to promote the innovation of Marxist theories and explore the correct path of revolutionary development.These practices shed important light on the popularization of Marxism in the new era,namely:attaching importance to the study of Marxist classics;adhering to the mass line in propaganda and education and adopting popularized and artistic propaganda methods.
