高校思想政治教育协同育人有助于提升思想政治教育的实效,促进大学生的全面发展。文化育人是新时代高校提升思想政治工作质效、培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的必然选择。高校在开展思想政治教育协同育人时,以文化育人为主线,从“何以呈现”看,文化育人是以文化为载体的育人方式;从“有何特征”看,文化育人具有明确的目的性、高度的渗透性、强烈的时代性和鲜明的实践性;从“缘何重要”看,文化育人能增强高校思想政治教育的吸引力、针对性和育人效果;从“何以实现”看,文化育人要优化顶层设计、创新育人理念、丰富育人内容、拓宽育人途径,从而发挥以文化人、以文育人的作用。
