摘要
随着信息化快速发展,电网企业面临数据规模激增与保密管理滞后的双重挑战。为有效应对这一挑战,文章对W电网公司数据管理及保密管理现状进行调研,分析现有数据安全制度、业务类型及数据特征,明确保密管理风险点,构建了基于“分级-分阶-分块”策略的数据安全治理体系,将保密要求嵌入关键数据管理流程,实现对内外部数据的精准治理。文章为电网企业建立了全面的数据安全治理方案,使保密管理实现规范化和科学化,以有效应对大数据环境的新挑战。
With the rapid development of informatization,power grid enterprises are facing the dual challenges of a surge in data scale and lagging confidentiality management.To effectively address this challenge,the article conducts research on the current status of data management and confidentiality management in W Power Grid Company,analyzes the existing data security systems,business types,and data characteristics,clarifies the risk points of confidentiality management,and constructs a data security governance system based on the“grading-staging-blocking”strategy.Confidentiality requirements are embedded in key data management processes to achieve precise governance of internal and external data.This study aims to establish a comprehensive data security governance plan for power grid enterprises,to achieve standardized and scientific confidentiality management,and effectively respond to new challenges in the big data environment.
