Since the launch of the Thwake Dam Project in Kenya,China Gezhouba Group Corporation(CGGC)under China Energy Engineering Group has actively fulfilled its corporate social responsibilities and carried out many"small yet smart"livelihood programme.The company has renovated 16 middle and primary schools,built 9 functional units and pharmacies for local hospitals,drilled 6 wells and repaired many arterial roads.In May 2021,the CGGC donated a maternity wing to the Kathulumbi Health Centre to improve its health service conditions and address difficulties of delivery faced by pregnant women.
