In the process of rapid development of power grid,information communication of power system plays a vital role.As an important means of communication,voice exchange technology plays an important role in smart grid system.Flexible use of voice exchange technology is helpful for smart grid system to deal with faults efficiently,realize multi-port communication and interaction,and improve work efficiency and quality.By expounding the voice interaction technology,this paper analyzes its application in smart grid to promote the stable operation of power dispatching.
