良性色素增加性疾病的激光治疗进展

Advances in Laser Treatment of Benign Hyperpigmented Disorders

良性色素增生性疾病是一类常见的皮肤病,包括雀斑、脂溢性角化病、咖啡斑、Becker痣、黄褐斑、炎症后色素沉着、太田痣、获得性双侧性太田痣样斑、纹身、色素痣等。近年来,基于选择性光热作用,激光可以高选择性地靶向破坏黑素,逐渐成为多种良性色素增生性疾病的的常规治疗方式。本文通过回顾近年来国内外激光或强脉冲光治疗常见的良性色素增生性疾病的相关文献,对调Q激光、皮秒激光、点阵激光等各种激光或强脉冲光临床应用的有效性及安全性进行了综述。

Benign hyperpigmented disorders are a group of common skin conditions,including freckles,seborrheic keratosis,café-au-lait macules,Becker′s nevus,melasma,post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation,Ota nevus,acquired bilateral nevus of Ota-like macules,tattoos,and pigmented nevi.In recent years,based on the principle of selective photothermolysis,lasers have gradually emerged as a conventional treatment modality for various benign hyperpigmented disorders,offering high selectivity in targeting melanin.This paper reviews the effectiveness and safety of various lasers,such as Q-switched lasers,picosecond lasers,and fractional lasers,or intense pulsed light therapies in the clinical management of common benign hyperpigmented disorders,by examining relevant literature from both domestic and international sources.
