无痛光动力治疗寻常痤疮基础与临床

Current Progress of Basic Research and Clinical Application of Painless Photodynamic Therapy for Acne Vulgaris

5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-Aminolaevulinic acid photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)是一种新兴的中重度痤疮有效治疗方法。照光时的疼痛是ALA-PDT最常见的不良反应,也是其临床应用推广的主要瓶颈。近20年来作者聚焦PDT临床和基础研究,通过不断探索,改变ALA浓度和敷药时间、选择不同照光参数和光源等方法提高临床疗效减轻不良反应,提出改良无痛PDT方案,克服了PDT疼痛瓶颈,基本实现了临床无痛PDT治疗。本文对近年来无痛PDT治疗寻常痤疮的基础研究及临床应用进展进行综述。

5-Aminolaevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT) is an emerging and effective treatment for moderate to severe acne.Pain during ALA-PDT is the most common adverse reaction and the main bottleneck in the clinical application of ALA-PDT.In the past 20 years,we have been focusing on the clinical and basic research of PDT,continuously exploring various measures such as changing ALA concentration,incubation time,light parameters and light sources to improve the efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.We proposed a modified painless PDT strategy which overcame the pain bottleneck of PDT and basically realized clinical painless PDT treatment.Herein,the current progress of basic research and clinical application of painless PDT in acne vulgaris treatment will be reviewed.
