摘要
白癜风是一种病因复杂的色素脱失性疾病,单独光电治疗或联合其他疗法为临床常用诊疗方案。本文就白癜风的窄谱中波紫外线、308 nm准分子激光、CO_(2)点阵激光治疗等疗法进行回顾和分析,旨在全面阐述白癜风光电治疗现状,为临床诊疗方案选择提供思路。
Vitiligo is a complex depigmentation disease of complex etiology,and phototherapy alone or in combination with other therapies is a commonly used clinical diagnosis and treatment plan.This article reviews and analyzes the narrowband ultraviolet,308nm excimer laser,fractional CO_(2) laser therapy and other therapies for vitiligo,aiming to comprehensively explain the current status of phototherapy therapy for vitiligo and provide ideas for the selection of clinical diagnosis and treatment plans.
