摘要
文章首先结合X工程项目,从电子文件形成、整理、组卷、封卷、归档、移交与接收等环节阐述了基于BIM技术的工程项目电子文件归档过程控制实现路径;其次从工作效率、管理实绩、管理效能等维度分析了BIM技术支撑下工程项目电子文件归档过程控制实效;最后结合X工程项目,从底层支持、前端控制、系统协同、技术应用及实践应用等维度,探讨了基于BIM技术实现工程项目电子文件归档过程控制对策。
Firstly,based on the X engineering project,the implementation path of electronic document archiving process control for engineering projects based on BIM technology is elaborated from the aspects of electronic document formation,arrangement,organization,sealing,archiving,handover,and reception.Secondly,the effectiveness of electronic document archiving process control in engineering projects supported by BIM technology was analyzed from the dimensions of work efficiency,management performance,and management effectiveness.Finally,combined with X engineering project,the control strategies for electronic document archiving process in engineering projects based on BIM technology were explored from the dimensions of bottom level support,front-end control,system collaboration,technical application,and practical application.
