摘要
1+X证书制度是推进职业技能人才培养方式改革的重要举措,证书档案的管理是制度推行过程中的重要环节,但是制度推行中存在着1+X证书档案防伪能力不强、各参与主体共享意愿不高、证书档案难以流通等问题。文章分析了区块链技术在保证1+X证书档案的真实性和完整性、促进证书档案共享和流通、提升数据安全性等方面的应用价值,对区块链技术赋能1+X证书档案管理系统建设进行了探讨。最后,文章提出了一种包括数据层、区块链平台层、区块链服务层和应用层的区块链赋能1+X证书档案管理系统架构,以期提升1+X证书档案管理的效率。
The 1+ X certificate system is an important measure to promote the reform of the vocational talent training mode.Certificate archives management is critical for the process of 1+X certificate system implementation.However,in the implementation process,it may face the challenges of weak anti-counterfeiting ability of 1+ X certificate archives,low willingness of multiple subjects to share,and difficulty in certificate archives circulating.This paper analyzes the application value of blockchain technology in ensuring the authenticity and integrity of 1+X certificate archives,promoting the sharing and circulation of certificate archives,and improving data security.Then,it explores the construction of blockchain technology enabled 1+X certificate archives management system.Finally,this paper proposes a blockchain technology enabled 1+X certificate archives management system architecture that includes data layer,blockchain platform layer,blockchain service layer,and application layer,so as to increase the efficiency of 1+X certificate archives management.
