高阳离子电荷密度粘土稳定剂的制备与性能评价

摘要 以丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵为原料,通过自由基聚合合成了粘土稳定剂PASC_(1),并进行了防膨、絮凝及表面张力的性能测试。通过防膨测试离心法、XRD、Zeta电位、浊度和表面张力实验测试,结果表明PASC_(1)可插层到粘土颗粒的层间,中和层间负电荷,削弱了层间的静电斥力,减小层间距。在浓度达到5000 mg/L时,宏观上防膨效果达到最佳;聚合物的疏水尾和电荷补丁作用均有利于固液分离,有明显的絮凝效果;且具有一定的表面活性,可降低表面张力。 The anti-swelling agent PASC_(1) was synthesized by free radical polymerization with acryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as raw material,and the performance tests of anti-swelling,flocculation and surface tension were carried out.Through the anti-swelling test centrifugal method,XRD,Zeta potential,turbidity and surface tension experimental tests,the results show that PASC_(1) can intercalate between the layers of clay particles,neutralize the negative charge between the layers,weaken the electrostatic repulsion between the layers,and reduce layer spacing.When the concentration reaches 5000 mg/L,the macroscopic anti-swelling effect is the best;the hydrophobic tail and charge patching of the polymer are conducive to solid-liquid separation,which has obvious flocculation effect;and has a certain surface activity,which can reduce surface tension.
