基于微纳米气泡湿法脱硫脱硝之直接法与间接法比较研究

摘要 分别以自来水、Na_(2)SO_(3)水溶液和腐殖酸钠水溶液作为吸收液,开展了微纳米气泡湿法脱硫脱硝直接法与间接法的比较研究,考察了吸收液的初始pH、初始温度对脱除效率的影响;研究分析了两种方法的性能、优劣势。结果表明,在相同实验条件下,无论直接法还是间接法,SO_(2)的脱除效率无显著差异,但是直接法脱除NO的效果明显优于间接法。直接法可以获得更高的脱除效率,但受制于微纳米气泡发生机本身进气流量限制,对于大气量烟气需要配备大型微纳米气泡发生机,从而需要较高的投资运行成本,而间接法可以解决这个问题。 Water,Na_(2)SO_(3)aqueous solution and sodium humate aqueous solution were used as the absorbent to compare the direct and indirect methods wet desulfurization and denitration based on micro-nano bubbles.The effects of the initial pH and temperature of the absorbents on the removal efficiency were investigated.The performance,advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were analyzed.The results showed that under the same experimental conditions,no matter the direct method or the indirect method,SO_(2)removal efficiency had no significant difference,but the direct method was significantly better than the indirect method in the removal of NO.The direct method can achieve higher removal efficiency,but limited by the intake flow of micro-nano bubble generator itself,a large generator is required for the flue gases of large volume,which requires high investment and operation cost,while the indirect method can solve this problem.
