摘要 基于表面能理论,使用钢渣细集料同粒径替换花岗岩细集料,通过红外光谱分析,钢渣的掺入,改变沥青的官能团,使沥青的碱性增强,进而提升了表面能,使基于接触角实验的表面能及粘附功提升;基于水煮法的粘附等级由2提升到4级;路用性能中,马歇尔稳定度、冻融劈裂强度和高温稳定性都有大幅提升。验证了表面能理论与路用性能的正相关性,抗疲劳性能同样较于对照组有明显提升,与粘附功存在正相关性。少量钢渣细集料的掺入可以提高花岗岩沥青混合料的路用性能。 Based on the theory of surface energy,the fine aggregate of steel slag is used to replace the fine aggregate of granite with the same particle size.Through infrared spectroscopy,the incorporation of steel slag changes the functional group of the asphalt and enhances the alkalinity of the asphalt,thereby increasing the surface energy.The surface energy and adhesion work of the angle test are improved;the adhesion level based on the boiling method is increased from 2 to 4;in the road performance,Marshall stability,freeze-thaw splitting strength and high temperature stability have been greatly improved.The positive correlation between the surface energy theory and the road performance was verified,and the anti-fatigue performance was also significantly improved compared to the control group,and there was a positive correlation with the adhesion work.The incorporation of a small amount of steel slag fine aggregate can improve the road performance of granite asphalt mixture.
