桦褐孔菌抗皱紧致眼霜的制备及其性能研究

摘要 以桦褐孔菌醇提液为主要活性成分,复配其他功效原料,研制出具有多种功效的抗皱紧致眼霜,采用感官、理化测试及体外功效测试筛选出最佳配方,并通过人体试用及问卷调查对产品进行了评价。该产品性能稳定,对DPPH·自由基清除率和酪氨酸酶活性抑制率分别为87.8%和52.0%,对蛋白质非酶糖基化中期产物和末期产物的抑制率分别为46.1%和86.7%;该眼霜肤感滑爽,易吸收,保湿效果好,可紧致眼部肌肤淡化皱纹。 The anti-wrinkle and firming eye cream with various effects was developed by adding the alcohol extract of poronuclophus betulinum as the main active component and other functional components,The best formula was selected by sensory,physicochemical tests and in vitro efficacy tests,the product was evaluated by human testing and questionnaire survey.The product had stable performance,and the DPPH·free radical scavenging rate and tyrosinase activity inhibition rate were 87.8%and 52.0%,respectively,and the inhibition rates to the middle and end products of protein non-enzymatic glycation were 46.1%and 86.7%,respectively.This eye cream was smooth,easy to absorb,and had a good moisturizing effect.It could tighten the skin around the eyes and reduce wrinkles.
