摘要
加热器作为核电站废液处理(简称TEU)系统中的关键设备,直接决定系统是否能够有效稳定运行。而废液处理系统加热器为立式多程换热器,不同于常规卧式换热器,其热工水力有其特殊性。通过建立新型立式多程换热模型,应用于TEU系统加热装置的设计计算与选型校核,结果显示:设计的加热装置换热面积裕量较大,确保TEU系统关键设备满足运行要求,该方法对同类立式多程换热装置设计与运行具有重要的参考价值。
Heater is the key equipment in liquid waste processing system of nuclear power plant which decide the system working stability.It has multi-tube route and different with the heat exchanger which has single tube route.So its thermal-hydraulic feature is complex.A new heat transfer model was established and it was applied to design and verification of the heater in TEU system.The result showed that the heater has ample heat-exchanging area which insure the key equipment meeting requirements of designing and working.This solution can be of great reference value for similar heat exchanger designing and working.
