基于劈裂试验的新旧路面拼接界面黏结性能研究

摘要 考虑到新旧面层拼接界面黏结性能对路面受力特征及防水效果的重要影响,室内采用不同强度的沥青混合料模拟路面拼接,通过劈裂试验分析黏结材料涂刷量、温度及水环境等因素对拼接界面黏结性能的影响规律。结果表明:新旧面层拼接界面处的黏结性能与黏结材料类型及用量密切相关,黏结材料涂刷量为0.50 kg/m^(2)时,跨缝芯样的抗拉强度值相对最大。不同环境下拼接界面处涂刷热沥青的方案其黏结性能优于乳化沥青,但二者的性能易受温度和水作用下的影响。拼接界面处采用坑槽界面修补剂的方案,其拼接界面具有较好的黏结性能和抗高温、抗水损害能力。研究成果可为新旧面层的拼接施工提供技术指导。 Considering the influence of bonding property of splicing interface on stress characteristic and waterproof effect of pavement,the asphalt mixtures with different strength were used to simulate pavement splicing,and the splitting test was selected to analyze the influence of amount of bonding material,test temperature and water environment on bonding property of splicing interface.The results show that the bonding property of splicing interface between new and old surface is affected by type and amount of bonding material.When the amount of bonding material is 0.50 kg/m^(2),the tensile strength of core sample is maximum.The bonding property of splicing interface with hot asphalt is better than emulsified asphalt,and their property is easily affected by temperature and water.The interfacial agent is used in splicing interface,the bonding property,high temperature stability and water stability of splicing interface are better.This study will provide technical guidance for splicing construction between new and old surface.
