摘要
煤热解焦油中含有许多重质芳烃,通过热解方法将煤焦油中的重质芳烃转化为苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯和萘(BTEXN)等高附加值的轻质芳烃,具有显著的经济效应。Y型分子筛具有高比表面积,可控的表面酸性,是煤焦油催化热裂解提质的良好催化剂。本文评述了近年来Y型分子筛的合成和催化应用,重点讨论了Y型分子筛的改性及对煤焦油的催化裂解机理,最后提出了Y型分子筛未来的发展方向。
There are many heavy aromatics in coal pyrolysis tar.The heavy aromatics in coal tar can be converted into light aromatics with high added value such as benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,xylene and naphthalene(BTEXN)by pyrolysis,which has significant economic effect.Y zeolite has high specific surface area and controllable surface acidity,which is a good catalyst for coal tar catalytic pyrolysis and upgrading.The synthesis and catalytic application of Y zeolite in recent years are reviewed.The modification of Y zeolite and the catalytic cracking mechanism of coal tar are discussed.Finally,the future development direction of Y zeolite is proposed.
