类水滑石及其衍生物低温催化燃烧VOCs研究进展

摘要 挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的排放是造成我国空气污染的主要原因之一,其对环境和人体都有很大的危害,必须严格控制其排放。在现有的去除VOCs的技术中,催化燃烧技术由于其能耗低,无二次污染等优点得到广泛运用,高效催化剂的制备是提高催化氧化效率的关键。层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs)煅烧后可以得到高分散的混合金属氧化物,同时LDHs可以调变活性金属组分,具有广阔的应用前景。主要论述了类水滑石及其衍生物在去除VOCs所采取的实验方法、表征技术以及对VOCs的降解性能,对催化剂-反应物的构效关系进行阐明,探讨了催化剂目前存在的问题及未来发展方向。 The emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)is one of the main causes of air pollution in our country.It is very harmful to the environment and the human body,and its emission must be strictly controlled.Among the existing technologies for removing VOCs,catalytic combustion technology is widely used due to its low energy consumption and no secondary pollution.The preparation of high-efficiency catalysts is the key to improving the efficiency of catalytic oxidation.Layered double hydroxides(LDHs)can be calcined to obtain highly dispersed mixed metal oxides.At the same time,LDHs can modulate the active metal components,which has broad application prospects.The article mainly discusses the experimental methods,characterization techniques and degradation performance of VOCs used in the removal of VOCs by hydrotalcite and its derivatives,clarifies the structure-activity relationship between catalysts and reactants,and discusses the current problems and the future of catalysts.
