二苯基碳酰二肼分光光度法测定钒中铬量

Determination of chromium in vanadium diphenylcarbonyl dihydrazine spectrophotometric method

摘要 采用硫酸和硝酸溶解,在0.6 mol/L硫酸酸度下,用铜铁试剂-三氯甲烷萃取分离钒、铁等元素,在0.1 mol/L硫酸介质中,加二苯基碳酰二肼与铬生成红色络合物,于分光光度计波长540 nm处测其吸光度。将该法应用于钒试样中0.004%~0.40%铬量的测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.93%~6.83%(n=11)之间,加标回收率为98.5%~101.0%。 Sulfuric acid and nitric acid dissolved,in 0.6 mol/L sulfuric acid acidity,with copper and iron reagent-trichloromethane-extraction separation of vanadium,iron and other elements,in 0.1 mol/L sulfuric acid medium,add diphenylcarbyl dihydride and chromium to form red complex,the spectrophotometer wavelength at 540 nm measured its absorbance.The method was applied to the determination of chromium content from 0.004%to 0.40%in vanadium samples.The relative standard deviations of the determination results were between 0.93%and 6.83%(n=11),and the recoveries were between 98.5%and 101.0%.
