旋转喷雾蒸发技术对脱硫废水组分的适应性试验研究

摘要 在电厂实际脱硫废水的基础上制备了不同悬浮物固体含量、不同含盐量的脱硫废水进行旋转喷雾蒸发试验用以探究旋转喷雾蒸发技术对复杂脱硫废水组分的适应性。结果表明,高悬浮性固体含量的脱硫废水及经浓缩减量后的高盐脱硫废水在蒸干过程中液滴表面形成的硬壳对蒸发速率的限制较大,蒸发难度有所增加,但通过适当提高气液比或提高烟气温度可保证蒸发效果。因此,旋转喷雾蒸发工艺对高盐、高悬浮物含量等复杂脱硫废水组分具有较好的适应性。 On the basis of the actual desulfurization wastewater of the power plant,desulfurization wastewater with different suspended solids content and different salt content was prepared for rotary spray evaporation experiment to explore the adaptability of rotary spray evaporation technology to complex desulfurization wastewater components.The results show that the desulfurization wastewater with high suspended solids content and the high-salt desulfurization wastewater after concentration and reduction have a large limit on the evaporation rate and the difficulty of evaporation due to the hard shell formed on the surface of the droplets during the evaporation process.Properly increasing the gas-liquid ratio or increasing the flue gas temperature can ensure the evaporation effect.Therefore,the rotary spray evaporation process has good adaptability to complex desulfurization wastewater components such as high salt and high suspended solids content.
