塔河油田注水管网水力仿真研究

Development of hydraulic simulation platform for water injection network in Tahe oilfield

摘要 针对塔河油田注水管网现场检测仪表不全,部分节点流量压力缺失的问题,基于节点法,建立了环-枝状管网水力计算模型,进行了水力仿真研究,并用粒子群算法对管段摩阻进行校核。最后开发了管网的水力仿真平台,已有效指导现场运行。仿真结果与现场实际运行误差在10%之内,满足了现场需求。 The on-site detection instruments of the injection pipeline network of Tahe oilfield are incomplete,and the flow or pressure of some nodes is missing.Based on the node method,the hydraulic calculation model of the cycle-dendritic pipeline network is established,the hydraulic simulation research is carried out,and the friction of the pipeline segments are checked by the particle swarm algorithm.Finally,the hydraulic platform of the pipeline network is developed,guiding the on-site operation.The error between calculation result and the actual operation is within 10%,which satisfies the on-site requirements.
