一种新的防垢型除硫剂及其应用效果

摘要 大牛地气田下古生界部分气井含硫化氢,产出天然气需要除硫才能外输。由于气井产出水矿化度高,在使用碱性除硫剂的工况下,气井集输系统结垢严重,影响了气井正常生产。通过分析碱性除硫剂造成结垢的原因,对碱性除硫剂进行改进得到一种新的防垢型除硫剂,现场应用后除垢剂加注周期明显延长、加注量明显减小,同时结垢得到减缓。 Some gas wells in the Lower Paleozoic of Daniudi gas field contain hydrogen sulfide,and the produced natural gas needs to be desulfurized before it can be transported.Due to the high salinity of the water produced by the gas well,under the working conditions of using alkaline desulfurizer,the gas well gathering and transportation system scales seriously,which affects the normal production of the gas well.By analyzing the cause of scaling caused by alkaline desulfurizer,the alkaline desulfurizer was improved to obtain a new anti-scaling desulfurizer.After on-site application,the refilling period of the descaler was significantly extended and the filling amount was significantly reduced.Small,indicating that fouling has been slowed down.
