摘要
核黄素又称维生素B2,以辅酶形式参与机体氧化还原反应。本文综述了核黄素对成骨细胞分化及骨健康的影响,核黄素缺乏降低股骨骨密度与骨小梁数量、破坏软骨生长板正常形态;体外补充核黄素可上调成骨细胞分化相关信号通路和转录因子表达。
Riboflavin,also known as vitamin B2,closely related to many metabolic processes by acting as cofactors.In this review,we summarized recent advances in the effects of riboflavin on bone health.Riboflavin deficiency reduced femoral bone mineral density and the number of bone trabeculae and damaged the morphology of cartilage growth plate.Riboflavin supplementation up-regulated the expression of signaling pathways and transcription factors of osteoblastic differentiation in vitro.
