EDITORIAL

从“十五”到“十三五”,中国集合住宅经历了20年的发展历程。在这波澜壮阔的20年间,中国城市化进程迅猛发展,经济变革、社会转型、人口变迁等因素影响了集合住宅的发展;同时,集合住宅作为城市建设的重要组成部分,也扮演着塑造城市面貌、改善居住环境、满足人民群众住房需求的重要角色成为了社会安居稳定和可持续发展的关键要素。目前,我国处于存量提质改造和增量结构调整并重的新发展阶段,住房建设理念转变、技术创新、实践突破迫在眉睫,驱需全面向高质量发展方向转型升级。新时期全国住房和城乡建设事业部署了“让人民群众住上更好的房子”和“提升住房品质”的重点工作,以“好房子”作为目标,指引着我国住房建设新格局。

From the 1Oth Five-Year Plan to the 13th Five-Year Plan,China's collective housing has experienced magnificent development over the past 20 years.During this period,China's urbanization has seen rapid growth.Collective housing has been affected by economic changes,social transformation,demographic changes and otherfactors;at the same time,as an important part of urban construction,it has also played an important role in shaping urban landscape,improving living conditions,andmeeting people's housing needs,thus becoming a key element for social stability and sustainable development.At present,China is in a new development stage that emphasizes both stock quality improvement and increment adjustment.
