中国深圳当代集合住宅20年思潮演变与实践

THE EVOLUTION OF THOUGHTS AND PRACTICE FOR 20-YEAR CONTEMPORARY COLLECTIVE HOUSING IN SHENZHEN,CHINA

深圳特区成立40年以来,深圳迅速从边睡小镇崛起为人口超千万、城市功能完备的超大城市。伴随着社会经济环境、政策制度与监管措施、市场需求和消费者偏好等因素的变化,集合住宅也在规划布局、社区配套、户型产品、立面造型等方面呈现出鲜明的时代特点。本文结合项目实践探讨深圳地区集合住宅设计思潮的演变。

Since the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone,it has rapidly evolved from an edge town to a mega city with a population of over 1o million and comprehensive urban functions in 40 years.With changes in the socio-economic environment,policy systems and regulatory measures,market demand,and consumer preferences,collective housing'has also presented distinct characteristics of the times in terms of planning layout,community facilities,apartment types,and facade design.This paper will explore the evolution of the design trends of collective housing in Shenzhen in conjunction with project practices.
