摘要
文章通过分析2000年后中国住房保障体系的建设进程与设计实践,结合城市发展不同时期及保障房政策发展,梳理了4个发展阶段,并从建设区位与选址模式、住区规划与公共空间、户型标准与建筑技术方面总结了保障房建设特征及设计实践,以期在未来多元化保障阶段为保障房的建设与设计提供参考与建议。
In this paper,the author analyze the process of the government-subsidized housing system building and design practices in China after the year 2000,which is divided into four development stages based on different periods of urban development and the evolution of government-subsidized housing,summarize the construction characteristics and design practices of government-subsidized housing from the perspectives of construction location and site selection mode,residential area planning and public space,house type standard and construction technology,aiming to provide references and suggestions for the construction and design of government-subsidized housing in the future diversified housing security stage.
