我国民族语言服务研究:语言政策视角分析(1991—2021年)

Minority Language Service Studies in China:From the Perspective of Language Policy(1991-2021)

本文借助文献计量学工具Citespace对中国知网核心期刊库中从1991至2021年发表的民族语言政策文献进行了分析。研究发现:1)我国民族语言政策研究总体呈现波动增长的趋势;2)研究的热点话题包括民族语言政策基本面研究、民族语言教育政策、民族语言规划及区域国别语言政策四个方面;3)研究分为起步、发展与成熟三个阶段,研究内容从宏观向微观不断扩展,从最初的内容介绍转向探讨政策形成的内因机制转变,研究取向从语言的权力观向价值观不断迈进;4)研究方法以非实证研究为主,非实证研究中常用的方法是政策阐释与解读,基于定性与定量方法的实证研究较少。本文最后指出未来民族语言政策研究应拓展研究领域、创新研究方法,向语言的价值观与服务观转向。

With Citespace,this paper makes a quantitative review of the developments in the minority language policy literature published during the period between 1991 and 2021.It is found that:1)China’s ethnic language policy research has generally shown a fluctuating growth trend;2)The research hot topics include fundamental ethnic language policy,ethnic language education policy,ethnic language planning and language policy of different countries and areas;3)The research includes such three stages as initiation,development and maturation with its research content expands from macro to micro and turns from content introduction to the exploration of the internal mechanism of policy formation.The research orientation turns from the view of language rights to its values;4)The research method is mainly non-empirical and the methods frequently used in non-empirical research are policy interpretation.There are few empirical studies.The paper finally points out that the extension of the research field,the innovation of research methods and the turns to language values and service views should be enhanced in the future studies.
