服装制作与营销专业学生实习心理问题研究——以广西轻工技师学院为例

摘要 在“工学结合”人才培养模式下,企业实践在培养优秀服装行业人才过程中占据了举足轻重的地位。文章以广西轻工技师学院服装制作与营销专业学生为研究对象,主要探讨了参与实习学生的心理问题及其产生原因,针对这些问题,从学生自身、家庭、班主任、学校和企业等多个角度出发,提出相应的解决策略。深入研究实习学生的心理问题,不仅有助于提升实践教学质量,还能为我国服装行业培养更多具备专业技能的优秀人才。 Under the talent cultivation model of“combining engineering and learning”,enterprise practice plays a crucial role in cultivating outstanding talents in the clothing industry.This paper takes students majoring in clothing manufacture and marketing at Guangxi Light Industry Technician College as the research object,mainly explores the psychological problems and their causes of participating internship students.Based on these problems,corresponding solutions are proposed from multiple perspectives such as students themselves,families,class teachers,schools and enterprises.Thoroughly studying the psychological problems of internship students not only helps to improve the quality of practical teaching,but also cultivates more outstanding talents with professional skills for China’s clothing industry.
